Does Virgin Offer Balloon Rides Over London?
We used to but Virgin Balloon Flights chose to stop balloon flights over London itself due to the high cancellation rate as a result of all the strict air space restrictions.
While Adventure Balloons remained the only operator in the UK to still offer flights over London, these were only in a very limited time period and rarely took place, due continued increased restrictions. 2022 would have been their last year of offering the experience, due to how few flights could actually go ahead.
You can enjoy views of the London skyline with Virgin Balloon Flights, as we have several launch sites on the edges of the capital. Our Hatfield House site in particular has the best chance of seeing the city with the right wind on a clear day.
